Where can I see your prices?
To view our wholesale prices you must first register on the website. Once you have been approved, you can log on with your secure username and password. This website is for wholesale use only and only registered customers can order.
Do your prices include GST?

Our website is updated daily, we monitor stock levels closely.
Who do you supply to?
Registered retailers only. We do not supply directly to the public.
What is the minimum freight charge?
The minimum freight on a standard order is $11.00.
We also offer FREE FREIGHT for all orders pre paid over $200 (ex GST) within Australia.
How much is freight?
Freight is calculated and charged on the size, weight, number of cartons and destination of the order.
When am I eligible to go on account?
Your first order (for new customers) must be paid for in advance. Then you will need to fill out a 30 day account application form and email, fax or post it to head office for processing. Once it is approved you will be on account. Please note that all our accounts are 30days from invoice date.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), direct deposit or cheque. Or on a pre approved 30 day account.
When do you charge my credit card?
Credit cards are charged at the time of shipping an order, NOT at the time of ordering.
Do you charge a fee for credit card payments?
We do not charge a fee for credit card payments.
We do not keep credit card details on file.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders received before 11am we will endeavour to ship that day.
Otherwise within 24-48 hours.
Who do you use to send orders / who is the courier you use?
Our main courier is Star Track Express.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary according to your location. Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane metro are overnight. Other areas can vary from 3-10 days.
Can I track my orders delivery process?
Yes. We can supply you with the connote once the order has been dispatched. Tracking is available via www.startrackexpress.com.au
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Special delivery Instructions can be made at the time of ordering which we can add to your delivery instructions. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person, your order will be returned to your local Startrack depot or Australia Post Shop (whichever is closest). You can either collect the stock from the Startrack depot or authorise Gift Warehouse to arrange for an alternate delivery. Please note that all alternate deliveries incur extra charges that you will be responsible for paying.
What if the product arrives broken or damaged?
When you open your order please check ALL of your stock If there is a damaged or missing item Gift Warehouse must be notified by phone or email of the damaged item/s within 5 working days of receiving your order. Include the invoice number, product code and a description of the damaged product and whether you would like a credit, replacement or discount.
Gift Warehouse accepts no responsibility for goods further shipped on by you.
If the item is being returned to Gift Warehouse (once approved by Gift Warehouse) it must be returned in the same condition as you received it in and in its original packaging.
Images must also be provided of damaged stock before you dispose of the item.
Gift Warehouse must approve all returns of stock.
Can my credit go back onto my credit card or into my account once I have made the claim?
Yes we can put the credit back into your account or credit card.

Am I contacted when my back-order is available?
No, your back-ordered items will be dispatched as they arrive, unless you have notified us to do otherwise, as you have ordered the stock.
